Lighthouse Bay Apartment Homes ReviewsI have lived her for a few years now and I love it! They are very welcoming to my pet cat, the grounds are always quiet, and I love that when I request maintenance to fix something its handled quickly. The staff are also very friendly and have a family feel.
I lived at LHB for nearly 10yrs. It was an incredibly quite, family friendly neighborhood. I never had one problem with any neighbor. I would often chat with them as we passed each other in the hallway or parking lot. The maintenance crew was also very nice and easy to work with. Another group of guys that I would often talk to when I passed them. The management team was super friendly and courteous. Very easy to work with. The apartments themselves were pretty spacious, considering most places charge double for less square footage. I loved living here and when I move back to the area, I'll definitely be checking them out again for future residence.
If you are working at MacDill AFB--this is the place to be! Great staff--always responsive, flexible, and interested. Residents can be noisy in the winter. If I were moving back to Tampa, this would be my #1 choice!
I recently moved all the way from Michigan into a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment here at Lighthouse Bay. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and kept in contact with me the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly. My experience with the maintenance and ground staff has also been very pleasant and professional. My apartment was very clean and updated upon move-in!! It's very quiet here, great location, good school district, and of course the pool is a bonus. I'm very happy here!
I was only able to live here for abt 4 months before military moving, however, my stay here was great nonetheless! I had no issues! Very quiet location. The office staff were really good at communicating with residents. The prices are very reasonable and the proximity to the base is its best feature!
